The first 100 sight words are the perfect learning tool to get your child started. Sight words are words that cannot be easily sounded out and need sign recognition to learn. By easily recognising these sight words a child is more likely to approach reading and writing with confidence. By learning these sight words it allows a child to have a head start on reading and writing. 

Our high frequency words are a great tool to play with your child and to help them create small sentences. The use of these sight words can create the opportunity to build the foundations needed to learn, read and write. 

Our timber high frequency word set contains 100 words, each beautifully etched with a sight word.
