Postage and Returns Policy

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY DETAILS

Albi Designs delivers exclusively via Australia Post .

All Albi Design products are designed in our studio in Wagga Wagga New South Wales and produced in Queensland.  Orders are processed within 2-4 days of purchase but please allow 2-3 weeks for personalised items to be dispatched. If you require them sooner please get in contact to require a rushed order.  

Albi Designs is a small family team, all our products are created with love & care, we do our best to have orders out during those time frames. During peak operating times our turnaround time will be extended, please allow an extra 1 week during these periods, Easter/ Christmas/ New Year.

Delivery can take up to 7-14 days to be received. Tracking notifications are emailed upon shipment of your order. If you would like to know where your order is once it has left Albi Designs, please contact Australia Post with your tracking details for further assistance. Express post cannot be guaranteed as next day delivery due to our location in regional New South Wales. Please check the Australia Post website for specific delivery times available to your postcode. If you are concerned an order is taking longer than expected please get in touch for an update.

We prefer to reduce our environment impact by using recycled packaging and biodegradable post bags as much as possible and do our best to ensure your purchase arrives safely. 

RETURNS POLICY

Firstly we are extremely sorry. We give it our all to make sure each item you receive is carefully packed, secure and arrives to you undamaged. Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges for changes of mind and ALL sales are final and cannot be returned.

We will happily replace any faulty items if we are informed within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at albidesigns@hotmail.com. We ask you for a photograph or return of the faulty item at buyers' expense. 

We ask that you please keep in mind that many of our products are handmade and any slight imperfections are considered the character of that item.
