This beautiful set is embellished with the same stunning piece of wheat, making a perfect gender neutral set. Use each disc to record and remember all those special moments that go by so quickly. 

This set includes 13 individual discs etched on quality 3mm plywood, one large announcement disc 15cm and 12 monthly discs 10cm.  Packaged in it's own calico storage bag! 

Please note, as these are made on natural timber the grain of the wood will vary slightly on each one.
